Server Moderator
The Madness continues to spread... and we need guardians to help control it.
Tragedys Mad House is and ever growing online community built around gaming, chaos, creativity, and the darker side of the internet. As our community expands, we're looking for dedicated Moderators who are ready to help maintain order within the madness.
Moderators serve as the first line of defense for the Mad House, ensuring the community remains welcoming, active and protected from disruptions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor chats and voice channels to maintain a positive environment
- Enforce server rules and community guidelines
- Assist members with questions or concerns
- Help de-escalate conflicts when needed
- Report serious issues to administrators or leadership
- Contribute to the growth and activity of the community
What We're Looking For:
- Active discord users
- Strong communication skills
- Fair judgement and professionalism
- Ability to stay calm during conflicts
- Previous moderation experience is helpful but NOT required

Server Admin
Behind every controlled madness... there are those keeping the system stable.
Trageyds Mad House is a growing online community built around gaming, creativity, chaos, and community driven entertainment. As the server continues to expand, We are looking for Server Admins to help maintain the technical structure and operational stability of the Mad House.
Server Admins primarily operate behind the scenes, supporting the moderators and leadership while ensuring the server's systems, structure, and moderation tools are functioning properly.
This role is best suited for individuals with Discord Server Management, Troubleshooting, and High Level Oversight rather than day to day chat moderation.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain server structure, permissions, and configuration
- Assist with bot set up and system troubleshooting
- Oversee and assist with moderation tools and backend server operations
- Handle escalated moderation situations when necessary
- Work with leadership to improve server systems and organization
What We're Looking For:
- Strong familiarity with Discord server management
- Experience with moderation tools and bots
- Ability to troubleshoot server issues
- Good judgement when handling escalated situations
- Reliability and professionalism when representing leadership

Virutal Events Coordinator
The Virtual Events Coordinator (VEC) is responsible for planning/ assisting with planning, organizing, and executing engaging online events within the "Tragedys Mad House" community. This role ensures every event delivers a high energy, immersive, and drama free experience that reflects the TMH Cult aesthetic and community vibe.
You will be the driving force behind our weekly events, themed sessions, and special experiences that keep the community active, entertained, and coming back for more.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule weekly/ bi-weekly and monthly virtual events (Game nights, Community seshes, Challenges, ETC)
- Develop creative events concepts that align with the TMH Brand
- Host or coordinate hosts for events inside discord
- Manage event announcements, countdowns, and reminders
- Collaborate with Moderators and Leadership to ensure smooth execution
- Track events performance
- Ensure all events maintain a positive, inclusive, and drama free environment
- Continuously bring new ideas and improvements

- Ability to manage and host events with confidence
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Reliable and consistent availability for scheduled events
